These terms govern access to and use of primeleads-agency.com and all of its pages, including the Portuguese version. By browsing the site you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree with any part, please stop using it.

3. Use of the site

You agree to use the site in good faith and in accordance with the law. In particular, you may not:

• Use the site for unlawful purposes or in ways that harm third parties
• Attempt to access restricted areas, bypass security measures or interfere with normal operation
• Extract content by automated means for commercial reuse without written permission
• Introduce malicious code or deliberately overload the infrastructure

4. Services

PrimeLeads provides marketing and commercial support services for the real estate sector, including lead generation, database reactivation, follow-up and appointment setting, content production and personal brand support.

Descriptions on this site are informational and commercial in nature. They do not constitute a binding contractual offer. The exact scope, timelines, prices and conditions of each engagement are set out in a separate written proposal and agreement. In case of conflict, the agreement prevails.

5. Booking a meeting

The site offers a calendar for booking an introductory meeting. Booking is free and does not commit you to purchasing anything.

We reserve the right to reschedule or decline bookings, in particular where the details provided are incorrect or the request clearly falls outside the scope of our services.

6. Results, case studies and testimonials

This section matters, so it is stated plainly:

• The case studies, figures, testimonials and videos shown on this site relate to specific clients in specific circumstances, and are published with permission.
• Those results are not typical and not guaranteed, and do not represent a promise, warranty or forecast of results for any other client.
• Commercial performance depends on many factors outside our control, including the market, geography, competition, property prices, the existing database and, above all, the client's own involvement and ability to execute.

All content on this site, including text, images, video, graphics, logo, brand and code, belongs to PrimeLeads or to third parties who have authorised its use, and is protected by copyright and industrial property law.

Reproduction, distribution, adaptation or public communication of this content, in whole or in part, is not permitted without prior written consent. Sharing links to the site's pages is permitted.

Brands, logos and images of agencies and agents shown on the site belong to their respective owners and are displayed, with permission, to illustrate work carried out.

The site links to external platforms such as social networks, WhatsApp and the service that provides the booking calendar. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Their own terms and policies apply.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of the district of PrimeLeads' registered office, to the exclusion of any other, unless the law requires otherwise.

If you qualify as a consumer under Portuguese law, you may use alternative dispute resolution bodies under Law 144/2015 of 8 September. You can find the list at consumidor.gov.pt and submit a complaint through the electronic Complaints Book.
